Tirumala Trip Part - 1
It was not such a sultry day in tirumala when I started my descent with utmost zeal and enthusiasm. No sooner did I start my journey than I remembered my father's advice asking me to walk bare foot.I clasped the sandals in the left hand and started the sauntering through the Promenade.
I carried my music player to engage myself listening to the strumming of John
Frusciante mixed alongside with Ilayaraja and Rehman melodies. Most of the journey taught me some great lessons.First comes the innocent glances of the pilgrims looking at my flop- music player as one of the latest developments taken in the history of Electronics. I went into my own world thinking how lucky I am to be in the heart of a metropolitan which provides me the access to everything. But soon the very own place made me remember the pollution, traffic jam, sporadic curfews etc. and felt how unfortunate I am not to be amidst the natural, serene and peaceful
places ala the seven-Hills. Suddenly, I felt a hard blow!!!!! It was as if a raging bull has comeand hit my nether at 500 miles per hour. My reflexes made me cower and clinge. But it took only a moment to find out that Himesh Reshammiya song was being played in my track list.I bowed down to appreciate my friend's taste for music. Coming back to the journey I looked back and found out that I was near the Deer. I bought some vegetables sold by a vendor, who sells vegetables for Deer and begs for his day simultaneously, and fed only those which are weak or young.
I continued till I reached the statue of Hanuman. I became restless realising that half of the journey is still left out but I had to sojourn. As common is man's tendency to digress when idle I, being no exception, started cherishing some of the good-old memories.
